On Saturday, April 12, Kristin Osika (MLS ’26) presented her research at the 2025 ASBMB Annual Meeting and won first place in the biochemistry foundations category of the Undergraduate Poster Competition.
About the ASBMB Undergraduate Poster Competition:
The competition features over 200 undergraduate students presenting their research. It serves as the kickoff event for the ASBMB Annual Meeting and offers students a chance to practice their presentation skills and receive constructive feedback from a panel of judges. Competitors are grouped into six topic categories, with one winner and three honorable mentions selected in each. All participants receive written feedback to support their continued development as scientific presenters.
